1. Is the product ready to ship or not?
สินค้าส่วนใหญ่มีพร้อมส่ง ยกเว้นสินค้าที่ผลิตในขนาดพิเศษหรือสั่งผลิต Pre-Order และในกรณีที่สินค้าหมด Stock และรอสินค้าเข้า ระยะเวลาปกติ 2-3 สัปดาห์

3. How to take care of the cushions?
ปลอกหมอนอิงสามารถถอดมาซักทำความสะอาดได้ทุกใบ ถ้าเป็นเนื้อผ้าล้วนไม่ผสมหนังหรือวัสดุอื่น ซักได้ด้วยมือหรือซักเครื่อง โดยใช้อุณหภูมิประมาณ 30 องศาและรอบปั่นไม่เกิน 800 รอบ
ทั้งนี้ควรใส่ถุงถนอมผ้าเป็นการรักษาเนื้อผ้าด้วยหมอนอิงบางแบบอาจต้องใช้วิธีซักแห้ง ที่สำคัญห้ามนำเข้าเครื่องอบผ้า เพราะเนื้อผ้าบางแบบมีส่วนผสมของเส้นใยที่ต่างกัน อาจทำให้เกิดการหดตัวได้ ทั้งนี้สามารถขอคำแนะนำจากทางแอดมินได้ค่ะ

เราแนะนำให้ใช้วิธีดูแลแบบตบหมอนและตากแดดค่ะ การนำไส้หมอนไปทำความสะอาดในเครื่องซักผ้า จะทำให้ความฟูของเส้นใยลดลง เนื่องจากกรรมวิธีในการผลิตใยคือการตี ปั่นเส้นให้ฟูก่อนที่จะนำมาตัดเย็บเป็นหมอนค่ะ
