All prices are in Thai Baht and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment by bank transfer and credit card.
Orders must be paid in full before processing.
- Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available within Thailand.
Shipping fees are based on the order total. Free shipping may apply.
Typical dispatch for stock items is within 2 -3 working days via third-party couriers.
Dispatch of custom-made items will be advised based on production times.
International shipping is available under separate terms.
- Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for both change of mind and defective items.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.
Refunds are made through the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- Exchanges
Size or colour exchanges are permitted, subject to availability.
Customer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
- Product Description and Availability
We make every effort to describe products accurately. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly due to photography and display settings.
If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
- Wholesale and Trade Orders
Trade and wholesale orders are not subject to these website terms.
All such orders are managed via separate written agreements, including pricing, delivery terms, and conditions.
Quotations and VAT-inclusive invoices are provided on request.
- Project Sourcing Services
For hotels and property developers, we offer project-based sourcing and installation under a separate contract.
Each contract includes scope, payment terms, and any applicable warranties.
Payments are made in milestones: deposit, pre-delivery payment, and final payment after installation.
We typically manage delivery and installation.
- Warranty and Liability
No formal warranties are provided for soft furnishings (e.g., cushions and throws), except in cases of manufacturing defects.
For project orders, warranties depend on the contract and item.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays, or loss.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
